Naira Marley’s cybercrime case
The trial has been ongoing, but on October 6, Justice Nicholas Oweibo issued a production warrant for the defendant when he failed to appear in court. This followed an application by the prosecution.
Naira Marley and his associate, Sam Larry, were previously detained by the police in connection with the death of Nigerian artist Oladimeji Aloba, also known as “Mohbad.”
During the recent court proceedings, the defendant remained absent, prompting the prosecutor to request a further date to follow up with the police
