There have been videos of police officers giving and receiving slaps in recent news and we are going to be talking about some of the epic slaps.

Sometime in April 2023, a video of a young man that was viciously slapped without mercy went viral. Apparently in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, a Nigerian man was captured to be given a hot slap and flogged on the highway by a police officer without any reason at all.

Following the assault, it was found out that the three police officers who had assaulted the young man were later arrested and went through a trial in court.

Another assault would be of a lady that is currently going through a trial in court but was arrested in Kiri Kiri prison after she assaulted a police officer.

Olufunmilayo Brioluwa was said to have grabbed the officer’s uniform that shoved him during a stop-and-search operation. She is currently at Kiri Kiri Prison until June 6, 2023, where further investigation would have to be made.

You must have all heard about the epic Suen Kuti’s hot slap to a police officer who stopped his car. In the video making rounds, the Afrobeat singer was captured shoving and slapping the officer as he yelled words at him.

Following his actions, he was arrested when he visited the police station on Monday, May 15, 2023, the court, however, granted him bail recently.

In a trending video, a Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) officer, M.J Oni was captured hitting and slapping a man who had accused him of breaking his car’s windscreen in Osun State. The man who had received the hot slap was captured crying and repeatedly saying ‘you slapped me’

Seun Kuti arrested and in handcuffs for assaulting a police officer

In other news, Seun Kuti has been put in handcuffs and arrested following his assault on a police officer in Lagos.

In a video that was making rounds on the internet, the grammy award nominee was captured violently assaulting a police officer who was very calm and didn’t react at all to his assault.

Following the video, Suen Kuti took to his Instagram story to explain why he had reacted like that when many Nigerians stood up in defence of the Police officer.
