Popular Nigerian social media influencer, Priscilla Ojo has shared why she was a confident and strong young lady.
The young woman who is also the daughter of well-known Nigerian actress, Iyabo Ojo, shared that she comes from a long history of strong omen.
According to her, her mum was a very strong example of a strong woman because as close as she was t her mother, not once has she seen her cry.

She added that in their family there was no space for depression, hence if anyone was down, another person comes up to cheer that person up and that was how it has always been in their house.
“My mum fits in every position, I wouldn’t say I was depressed at any point because I feel like we came from a lineage of strong women. I am very strong, my mum is very strong. I have never seen my mum cry. We have never had moments when we are crying”
“We are very strong, my mother is very strong and I learned from her. Even when I go through something, she can never see me down. We have that spirit of… that energy of not in this house. I can be on my bed crying, once she comes in, I am dancing and she knows.
“But that’s the thing about my mum, when I am down she knows but you wouldn’t see her come to say sorry. She will even cheer me up to go to the club,” she said.

In other news, Iyabo Ojo, who is currently facing tax-related challenges with the Lagos government, took to her Instagram account to respond to both her haters and well-wishers.
In her post, Iyabo directly addressed those individuals who harbour bad intentions towards her due to her support for girls’ rights and her condemnation of rape.
She warned them that whatever negative wishes they send her way would boomerang upon them a hundredfold. Iyabo Ojo expressed her anger towards the presence of rape apologists in Nigeria and their unapologetic stance.
