Bosun Tijani, the Co-founder and CEO of Co-Creation Hub, Nigeria’s largest tech hub, was recently announced as part of the second batch of President Bola Tinubu’s ministerial list.

However, Social media users have uncovered an old tweet from Bosun Tijani, a Nigerian-British entrepreneur and ministerial nominee, attacking the President. 

In the tweet, he criticized President Bola Tinubu for promoting what he called a “rubbish narrative” and advised him to focus on his businesses.

Who is Bosun Tijani 

 Given his past criticism of the government, Nigerians are now questioning his decision to accept the ministerial offer.

Tijani, the CEO and co-founder of CcHub, a prominent technology hub in Africa, has played a pivotal role in expanding its influence across Nigeria, Kenya, and Namibia.

From its modest origins in Yaba, CcHub has evolved into a significant force driving technological advancements throughout the continent.

His educational background includes a BSc. in Economics and a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Jos, Nigeria. Additionally, he holds an MSc. in Information Systems and Management from Warwick Business School in England.

In another news, The Senate has unveiled President Bola Tinubu’s list with 28 ministerial nominees. 

The names were announced by the Senate President, GodsWill Akpabio, during Thursday’s plenary.

The list of ministerial nominees was hand-delivered by Femi Gbajabiamila, who is both the Chief of Staff and a former Speaker of the House of Representatives
