May we not see bad as good: Reactions as Nigerian lady celebrates her wife as she graduates from university 

A Nigerian lady has shocked many with a video she recently posted on TikTok showing her celebrating her wife’s graduation from school. 

The video depicted the couple expressing their love for each other in a romantic way, including doing their sign-out on each other’s top. 

However, the video received mixed reactions from viewers, with some expressing concern about the increasing rate of homosexuality in Nigeria.

Lesbianism is not legal in Nigeria

 It is important to note that homosexuality is not legal in Nigeria, and same-sex sexual activity is punishable by imprisonment under the Same-Sex Marriage Prohibition Act of 2014. 

Despite this, the woman captioned the video with a heartfelt message expressing her love and appreciation for her wife.

She wrote:

I love you baby!! You’ve been my support and happiness! My source of joy and my greatest teacher. The best thing this life gave me. I appreciate you shawty!!! CONGRATULATION WIFFY!

Couple discovers after 17 years of marriage that they are cousins

In another news, A happily married couple, whose union took place in 2006, have just discovered that they are related by blood as cousins

Dailymail reported that the lovely couple, Joseph and Celina, courted for four months before they tied the knot and have been together for about 17 years.

She broke the news on TikTok @realestatemommas: ‘Married my husband in 2006. Not thinking anything of it we had three kids. Come to find out we were related and cousins.’
