Man gets himself arrested after commenting “what about me” on police most wanted list post

A fugitive Georgia man has helped the law enforcement to successfully orchestrate his arrest after making a bizzare comment on the Facebook post made by the police.

Christopher Spaulding, who had had 2 warrants out for his arrest, had comment “what about me” on a “most wanted list” post on Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office’s Facebook page.

Spaulding made the weird comment through his personal Facebook account when the sheriff’s department, located east of Atlanta, released the list in November 2022.

His comment caught the attention of the police which they replied: “you are correct you have two warrants, we are on the way.”

The police later share an update about Spaulding ‘s arrest, and it was also revealed that the 40-year-old had two warrants for Felony Violation of Probation.

The police department would later appreciate the former fugitive for helping his arrest.

“We appreciate you for your assistance in your capture,” Rockdale County Sheriff wrote as it uploaded the picture of the 40-year-old looking remorseful in a red Georgia Bulldogs hoodie and hat.
