A recent development in Ughelli, Delta State, has led to the arrest of a man, Mr. Daddy K. Odiete, who allegedly posted a private photo of a young woman on social media as an act of revenge after their relationship ended.
The Ughelli Area Command of the Nigeria Police, in conjunction with the Committee for the Defence of Human Rights (CDHR) under the leadership of Comrade (Elder) A.P. Edariese, worked tirelessly to track down and apprehend the suspect, who had been evading arrest for nearly two months.
The victim, whose identity is being protected, reported the incident to the Nigeria Police Force, Area Command, Ughelli, back in August.

Thanks to the proactive efforts of the CDHR Delta State chapter, justice has been served. Comrade A.P. Edariese, the Chairman of CDHR Delta State, emphasized the need for such cases to serve as a strong warning to those with similar intentions.
The commendable efforts of the Area Commander of the Delta Central Area Command, Ughelli, were also acknowledged in bringing the perpetrator to justice.
