Twitter influencer and doctor, Ugwunna Ejikem has accused Frodd, a current Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate, for abandoning his pregnant wife to take part in the reality show.
This came in after Chukwuemeka Okoye, aka Frodd sent an emotional message to his wife, Pharmacist Chioma, saying he misses her.
Ejikem wrote on Twitter, “Leaving your pregnant wife alone on her Expected Delivery Day to be on a reality show you’re not even sure of winning is peak irresponsibility but okay.”

Reactions: Na understanding wife
Many disagreed with Ejikem stating that Frodd and his wife are allowed to do what works for them. Here are some comments:
@princeokey10: Except as a Nigerian man you must pay bills, nobody will listen to your excuses when you can’t, so if you put things in place and have an agreement with your wife so you can go and hustle, I see it as very unfair to be judged as irresponsible.

@KolaKoded: LOL… All these shalaye that can’t buy a pack of pampers. The pregnant wife consented and approved for him to be there. She’s even pleading for votes on IG so he stays longer. You don’t know them and what’s best for them.
@chisommichelle_ : Even if he doesnt win the grand prize, there are other monies to be won from tasks. Plus the visibility is renewed for possible endorsements. Give the guy a break! His wife isn’t your sister! If she said it was ok why’re you people now drinking sniper on the matter??
@OAmulu: Some guys abroad comes once a year to do the do and run back to hustle, leaving the wife from beginning of the preg till the baby is 2 or 3. This one na just 72 days oo and him fit comeback with 120m. Abegi the wife is ok with it free them.

Meanwhile, the much-anticipated reality TV show, Big Brother Naija is finally here with the 20 housemates under the wings and rules of Biggie.
Recall that Ikejabird reported that the show premiered on Sunday at exactly 7:00 pm with 20 housemates from past seasons making a comeback to battle for a whopping 120 million naira this season.
