The penalty incident
United secured a 1-0 victory with Raphael Varane’s goal in the second half, but they should have allowed a penalty in the final moments of injury time.
Andre Onana collided with Sasa Kalajdzic and Craig Dawson, missing the ball completely.
Despite this clear incident, replays showed that Onana, made contact with the two Wolves players, the referee and VAR overlooked it
Gary O’Neil, the manager of Wolves, mentioned that he got an apology from Jon Moss, who is in charge of the referees. The officials in this decision won’t be handling matches this weekend.
