A Twitter post by a kind-hearted man has caught the attention of many netizens. The man used the tweet to appeal for help from the CEO of Mavin Records, Micheal Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, on behalf of a school in Makoko, Lagos. 

The school is said to be owned by a 24-year-old lady who teaches the students without collecting school fees. 

The man, @nsukka-okpa shared images and requested help from Don Jazzy. However, some netizens expressed disagreement with him seeking help from Don Jazzy.

Helpers have started coming

The nursery and primary school are surrounded by water; hence the only way children get to their destination for learning is through the use of a canoe as a means of transportation.

@Nsukka-okpa further gave details of what the pupils needed in the school, which included exercise books, boards, canoes, chairs, tables, and many more.

The school is said to have about 250 pupils and therefore needs expansion. From the post, many good samaritans have started to send money to the account details shared in the tweet.

Reactions: Leave Don Jazzy alone 

Though some netizens have taken the post to political and tribalism level, many are still willing to help. See reactions below:

Netizens react to Don Jazzy advice to artistes to learn from Davido 

Meanwhile, Don Jazzy advised upcoming artists and singers as he explained that marketing is very important.

The record producer took to Twitter to explain that irrespective of a singer’s popularity a musician need to market his music properly so he can achieve his set goals.

Don Jazzy used Davido’s album as a case study when he explained that despite the love the sensational singer has from everywhere around the world, he still sold his music properly without banking on his fame.
