Tinubu’s administration in Lagos might not have been all-round perfect — after all, he did promise to build at least a model “millennium” secondary school in each of the 20 local councils of the state but only succeeded in building four at the end of his tenure. Still, the evidence does show that his achievements indeed set a blueprint for what Lagos is currently.
Now, it remains to be seen if he can replicate this success at the national level.
