A Nigerian educationist, by the name Dipo Awojide, narrated his experience with getting health care in the UK.

In a tweet, he expressed his deep disappointment in the healthcare system of the UK, compared to that in Nigeria.

Dipo Awojide, who is famous on Twitter for his passion in propagating political news, was silent during the just concluded Nigerian presidential election because of his ill health.

He stated that he was very sick after his birthday dinner and it was so bad he fell down in the toilet, banged his nose and passed out.

He went ahead to post a selfie he took while recovering. It was obvious he had lost some weight.

To his surprise, despite his bad condition, he was not allowed to see a doctor for 48 hours.

He acknowledged that in Nigeria, he would have been able to see a doctor within 12 hours, however this was not the case in the UK.

Stop demonizing Nigeria” he said, “Things can be better in Nigeria but we are dealing with a lot in the UK as well he added.”

Meanwhile, A lady identified as Miss London has taken to Instagram to express her delight after being handed a rare opportunity to perform with Nigerian hip-hop sensation Asake.

Sharing her note of appreciation in a post on Monday, Decembe 12, the lady with the IG handle @missldnnn said her experience of sharing the stage with the Sungba crooner is indescribable.

Ikeja Bird recalls that the lady had caught Asake’s attention after a video of her singing the YBNL artiste’s global smash Terminator went viral.
