Former Mavins Records artist, Di’Ja, also known as Hadiza Blell, has clarified that she never actually left the label’s founder, Don Jazzy.
The 39-year-old singer made this statement on her birthday, addressing rumors about her departure from the music label.
Di’Ja’s response came in reply to a Netizen who wondered why she left Don Jazzy and speculated that she could have achieved greater success than another female artist, Tems.

The record producer took to Twitter to explain that irrespective of a singer’s popularity a musician need to market his music properly so he can achieve his set goals.
Don Jazzy used Davido’s album as a case study when he explained that despite the love the sensational singer has from everywhere around the world, he still sold his music properly without banking on his fame.
