A young woman from Nigeria has opened up about her struggles with motherhood and depression after delivering her beautiful baby girl.
The mother of one took the time to share her woes as she cried out to fellow mother’s for help.
In the heartbreaking video, she recalled how hard working her mother was and described how miserable she felt about her inability to be a supermum like her.

Sadly, her dreams were crumbling before her eyes as she is unable to cope with being a wife and mother.
She complained that her house is always unkempt regardless or how many times she arranges it, her body aches all over, sometimes she is tempted to drop her new baby, and other times she shouts at her husband unnecessarily.
Mother cries out over postpartum depression
She was struggling with anxiety, mood swings and crying spells, which are recognised symptoms of postpartum depression – that is the period just immediately after childbirth.
In her words: “I’m trying my best and I can’t handle it. I end up shouting at my husband. Sometimes, I just want to drop my child and just leave her and just be on my own. I try to do things that I love so that I can feel happy but it’s not enough. I need help!”

Father disrupts sleep of sound sleeping baby who disturbed his sleep at night
Meanwhile. An obviously frustrated man woke his baby up from sleep to tell her it was time to get up and go to work.
In a video posted on TikTok by angel_mrs.boss, a father was in his room with his wife and daughter.
It was morning, and the parents were awake, however, their little princess was still sleeping soundly.
