Popular Television game show ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire (WWTBAM) has announced its return.
Organisers of the game show unveiled Frank Edoho during a press event at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos on Sunday night.
According to the organisers, the new season will commence in March 2022 and will run for 52 weeks, the ultimate prize to be won on the show is a whooping sum of N20m.
Tagged ‘The Rebirth’, another addition to the show will see contestants able to use a ‘lifeline’ of ‘asking the host’ whenever they get stuck.
Other lifelines on the show are ‘50-50’, ‘Call a Friend’, and ‘Ask the Audience’.
Edoho had hosted the maiden edition of WWTBAM from its start date on October 8, 2004, until September 2, 2017 when it went off the air.
At that time, he had announced on Twitter that he would no longer host the show because he did not reach an agreement with the organisers.
Edoho has also confirmed this on his verified Twitter handle,
