Enugu man holds thanksgiving to celebrate building a G-Wagon (PHOTOs)

A family in Enugu state has held a thanksgiving service for their son after he successfully built a prototype of a four-wheel drive automobile G Wagon car.

The thanksgiving, Ikeja Bird gathers, was held on Sunday, January 1, 2023, at the Holy Ghost Parish Ikpamodo in celebrating their “God’s given talent.”

Goddy Chukwudi Nwa Eze warmed the hearts of people and became the hero of his people in Ezike Ikpamodo village in Enugu after constructing a “Mercedes Benz g-wagon.”

Using locally sourced materials, the young Nigerian man was said to have shown resilience as it took him months to bring the car together.

It could not be confirmed if the car is working but Chukwudi’s efforts showed that Nigerian youths are talented more than imagined if given the opportunity to explore.

The post was shared by a Facebook page Nsukka Home And Abroad Connect on Sunday, January 1.

Nigerians on social media have been reacting.

Johnpaul Obiora wrote: “Thanksgiving for what, instead of seeking for support them they go thanks giving. They should be very careful oo. Not all the village People are happy about this(Maka ndu).”

Muhammed Al-hassan wrote: “This deserves a federal government and the other attention including international organizations to support this raw gifts, his state Governor should be among the invited guests. Or better still this occasion should even take place at the government house for more handsome support.”

Ọbata Ihe Adị wrote: “That’s awesome! Congrats!, Our youths are talented but just that we are still in the wrong country, called Nigeria. Only Bịafra will make our youths great!”
