The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Nigeria has arrested two people who are suspected of being involved in online scams, particularly dating scams.
These suspects were found at the home of a famous Nigerian singer named Skales. The EFCC posted pictures of the suspects on social media.
According to the EFCC, these individuals were living in Skales’ house and considered him their mentor. One of them, Udemba Chukwuemeka (also known as Jody), had been at Skales’ place for two years, while the other, Jamal Jamiu Onasola (also known as Jamal), had only been there for a few months.
