A well-known Nigerian actress kate Henshaw recently congratulated Hilda Baci and criticised Nigerians for displaying fake love for Hilda Baci
In her post, she expressed agreement with the notion that some Nigerians are only seeking attention by showing support for Hilda Baci, rather than genuinely caring for her.
The actress asserted that some Nigerians have never shown such support for their own friends, highlighting the disparity in their actions.

It is not necessary
The actress’s posts have generated a range of reactions, with some supporting her perspective while others found it inappropriate to express such sentiments during a time of celebration.
Many people responded to her post, which was made by Teddy, a former member of the popular show BB Naija that she just reposted.
She added to the post.
“It had to be said….🙈🙈”
Reactions: It happens everywhere not only Nigeria
The posts had a lot of comments; let’s have a look at some of them:
@AyoBankole: Well…I agree about how important it is to support friends, but I think this is an apple and oranges comparison. How many of our friends & family are trying to break a world record? How many of them are cooking for a particular limited milestone/end game?
@Irunnia_:First if all this is not a Nigerian something. It’s something that happens everywhere in the world.
A lot of people won’t support you. Some will even try to talk you out of it but once you start succeeding they will rush online and start telling people how you all grew together
@lzexchange:Even the Hilda friends and families self fit no dey come her restaurant before now and they’ll all come now to claim “she’s from my place, her father and my father are from thesame grandfather”,people!!!😒
@mister_ade5:Na everybody get Wetin dey worry am sha, I think people should do what’s most important on their list and if chasing clout is top of that list then why not? 👀
@FoodiesAffairNG:I have had a storefront in Lagos for over 2 years now and some of my personal guys have never been there but I have seen pictures of them at AMORE garden, it is called life when my turn comes for the world to turn up at my door, everyone will gather.
Nigerians show massive support for Hilda Baci as rain falls heavily
In another news, Hilda Baci, a Nigerian chef who was set on breaking the Guinness Book of Records for the longest cooking time has finally achieved her aim.
The young woman who has been cooking since Thursday non-stop except for her 5 minutes rest per hour has finally surpassed the previous Guinness Book of Records for the longest cooking time which was for 87 hours and 45 minutes non-stop in 2019.
Nigerians have ever since she started cooking flooded the location, Amore Garden, Lekki, Lagos. The massive love and support the 27-year-old cook has gotten is surprising as Nigerians were captured in the heavy rain yelling and showing their support for the woman.
