Chelsea have signed midfielder Romeo Lavia from Southampton in a deal worth £58m.
The agreement encompasses an initial payment of £53 million, supplemented by £5 million in potential add-ons.
The 19-year-old has committed to a seven-year contract with Stamford Bridge.
