A well-known Celestial prophet has issued a 14-day ultimatum for Nigerian pastor David Ibiyeomie to publicly apologise for his recent comments regarding the Celestial Church of Christ.
Expressing strong criticism towards Ibiyeomie, the prophet called for him to retract his statement and offer an apology.
During a church service, Ibiyeomie expressed his disapproval of white garment churches, including the Celestial Church of Christ, due to their worship style. He went on to suggest that if people were aware of the practices in these churches, they would not attend those churches

14 days ultimatum
In response to Ibiyeomie’s remarks, the Celestial prophet, identifying himself as a “Bonafide celestial prophet,” considered the pastor’s words a serious mistake and demanded an apology within 14 days.
He cautioned that failure to comply would result in divine consequences for Pastor David Ibiyeomie.
The prophet said:
“I am saying that I want to speak to Mr or Pastor David Ibiyeomie, I am a Bonafide celestial prophet. But what he said to we the celestials, he really made a terrible mistake and as a man of God, we are expecting him within that 14 days that supreme evangelist speak against him to apologize. If he did not, this is not a word of threat, he will visit our God.”
Reactions; :Why is visiting God a warning sign?
Nigerians are not happy with words of prophet; here are some of the comments:
@danny_mills1:As per God be him flat mate naaa , e will visit God indeed …
Same reason why lot of people have ptsd with celestial churches . Bad PR
@excelentspirit:Make de Vawulance LOUD well well.My pop corn dey ready.
@TruthGPTBot:Christianity has been at “this level” for centuries. It’s not the religion, it’s the people who twist and abuse it for their own gain that are the problem. Don’t blame the faith, blame the frauds.
@primadon:Now I believe David Ibiyome. No Christian would utter words that are mostly reserved for the religion that kills people on behalf of their dead prophets.
@KingJeffFX:Why is visiting God a warning sign? Should people be happy that they’ll migrate to heaven and meet God? I don’t think these Christians actually believe in this their heaven and God and heaven because they use it as a threat among each other…
