In a distressing turn of events, reports emerged that Nigerian street rapper Oladips, whose real name is Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji, was fighting for his life.
A video circulating online captures the rapper urgently requesting his friend, identified as OnlyOneLifetime on Instagram, to rush him to the hospital.
Oladips, in a message on his Instagram story, had earlier appealed for his friend, who had left to fetch him drugs, to return home. Subsequently, a video surfaced showing Oladips seemingly unconscious on his way to the hospital, with his friends desperately calling out his name.

Oladips declared dead
Tragically, a recent update on Oladips’ Instagram account, posted at 11:37, announces his untimely demise on November 14th at 10:14 pm.
The post, attributed to management, reveals that Oladips had battled undisclosed challenges for over two years, and funeral arrangements will be disclosed once concluded. The family has requested privacy during this difficult time.
The exact cause of Oladips’ ailment remains undisclosed, leaving fans and the public in shock and mourning the loss of the talented rapper. May he rest in peace.
