A young Nigerian lady has opened up about how she got introduced to betting and her regrets since then.
In an interview with a Nigerian content creator @EROSNEPHY on TikTok, the lady opened up about her struggles with betting.
These struggles are things many Nigerian youth who seek quick money making schemes can easily relate with.

Upon starting the interview, she acknowledged that betting is bad and she should not have started it in the first place.
She was introduced to it out of her own curiosity. She went to a friend’s place and after she saw him using his phone a lot.
When she inquired, he introduced her to the game and she decided to give it a try using 15 thousand naira.
To her greatest surprise, she was able to get one hundred and eighty thousand Naira from that 15 thousand Naira.
This encouraged her to try again as it seemed like a very good investment which she could continue to use to multiply her money.

Sadly, after that first hit, she has not gained anything else from betting, she has been trying and losing all her money.
Lamenting bitterly, she emphasized again that betting was a bad thing to engage in, however, she is now addicted to it and despite her losses, finds it difficult to stop.

Meanwhile, Daniel Regha, a Twitter influencer, recently posted a tweet criticizing Davido’s spending habits and its impact on the youth.
According to Regha, Davido’s expenditure on cars and jewellery is wasteful and unnecessary, and showing off his purchases on social media is not required.
The tweet sparked a lot of responses, with some people telling Regha to mind his own business, while others agreed with him, stating that the money could be better utilized in creating good businesses in the country.
