Nigerian skit maker Shank has taken to Twitter to apologize to his fans regarding a recent controversial video centred around Joseph and Mary in the Bible 

The video received significant backlash from viewers due to its content, which appeared to disrespect God.

In his apology, Shank sincerely expressed remorse and clarified that his previous skits, particularly “If Joseph was a Nigerian,” were purely fictional in nature. He aimed to clarify any misunderstanding and emphasized that he had no intention of disrespecting his creator

I am a Christian too 

Shank has humbly extended his heartfelt apology, emphasizing that he, too, is a Christian and never intended to disrespect his creator. His sole aim was to bring joy and laughter to people through his skits.

Nigerians received his apology with a good heart and they hailed him for his good heart.
