A Nigerian man, Mr. David C Agbo, has said that he will condone no form of disrespect from his wife.
While responding to a relationship post on Facebook, he stated that he will send his wife back to her father’s house the day she talks back to him.
In his opinion, both the husband and the wife cannot be equals in a marriage.

This is because he is the one who paid her dowry, and built his house, the same house she is living in, with his hard earned money.
I cannot be equal with my wife
His wife should accord him respect and honour because of these things he has done.
Furthermore, she must kneel down to plead for mercy any time she wrongs him.
Finally, he made reference to the commandments of God, which say that the husband is a lord over his wife.

Charity Upev and her son Tertsea from Makurdi in Benue State have been remanded in custodial centre following the order of Makurdi Chief Magistrate Court on Tuesday.
According to the Punch Newspaper, the 40-year-old woman and her son were accused of culpable homicide.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the Magistrate Roseline Iyorshe who oversaw the matter did not take their plea.
