Popular singer Azeez Fashola, known as Naira Marley, and music promoter Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, have been granted bail by a Magistrate’s Court in Yaba, Lagos State.
The bail amount is set at N20 million and requires three sureties to secure their release.
As part of the bail conditions, the suspects are required to submit their passports and report weekly to the Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (CIID) at Panti.

Naira Marley and Sam Larry faced arrest and arraignment by the police as a result of an investigation into their alleged involvement in the death of fellow artiste Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, widely known as Mohbad, who tragically passed away on September 12, 2023.
