The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal strikes out European Union Election Observers Mission report regarding the February 25 presidential election, as it was not presented by an official authorized to do so.
The report was tendered by the Labour party and Peter obi has proof that the election has major errors.
Additionally, the tribunal also dismissed the submission of 18,088 blurred result sheets by the petitioners, citing the lack of connection to specific polling units and insufficient information in their petition.
Notably, the report had initially been introduced by Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party during their case before the tribunal.
