The Nigerian singer Davido awarded a 5-year scholarship to a poor Nigerian student who could not afford university education.
Davido in his benevolence announced on his Twitter page that he has awarded a poor student from Ghana who hails from Ghana, a fully funded scholarship.
He attended Sunyani Senior High School, Ghana and was the best student in his school having aced the West African Examination Council (WAEC) exam.

Due to financial constraints, he was unable to proceed with his studies after high school.
His great desire to further his education drove him to announce his plight on Twitter.

The story of the boy got the attention of the Nigerian singer, Davido, who ensured he was found and awarded a full Scholarship to study in Adeleke University, South-West, Nigeria.
“We have contacted Suleyman who lives in Ghana” said Davido, ” and he has been given a full 4/5 year scholarship to Adeleke university .. accommodation and allowance included ! God bless y’all”

Meanwhile, a famous Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo’s personal assistant, Hgold went wild with excitement after she set her eyes on superstar Davido.
In a video posted on Instagram by the mother of two, her P. A was captured screaming in joy while she goes down on her knees to greet the singer.
Iyabo Ojo who was surprised at her screams of joy explained that she wasn’t aware she is a fan of the sensational singer and said she assumed it was only Priscilla, her daughter who was an avid fan of Davido.
