A Nigerian graduate made his 3rd class degree public after graduation and the outcome was strangely very different from what anyone expected.

The young man graduated from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State with a 3rd class in physics in 2021. This was shared on his Twitter page.

In a recent tweet, the 3rd class graduate revealed that after he made his seemingly poor result public, good things happened to him!

The product designer got his first N350k product design gig weeks after that post, and as though that wasn’t enough, he got an employment offer months later. 

He wrote:

“This is it. I got my first N350,000 Product design gig weeks after I posted this. And an employment offer months later.”

His story was a great encouragement to many.

Meanwhile, an African school teacher in Vietnam has stated that bagging a first class as a student should not be a do or die affair. 

The young man graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, 10 years ago.

He shared his life experience in a TikTok video, describing what he went through when he was hit with the news that he didn’t get a first class.
