Exceptional 12 year old boy created an outstanding record by becoming the youngest person to graduate from a US college.
The child prodigy, Clovis Hung is expected to graduate with the Class of 2023 at Fullerton College, becoming the college’s youngest graduate in the institution’s 108-year history.
LA Tis reported that the young boy got dissatisfied with what he was learning at svyrnder age of 7, prompting his mother, a tutor with more than 20 years experience to homeschool him in 2019.

Her decision was not supported by her family members initially she narrates,
“My husband and two daughters said I was crazy. But I trust my instinct. I know he is a very unique child because he’s very curious and intelligent.”
Youngest college graduate ever
If the genius had taken the regular educational path, he would still be in either 7th or 8th grade at the tender age of 12, but within just a year of this homeschooling, Clovis excelled beyond comprehension.
He was taking 11 units, which was the maximum units allowed for children enrolled in special programs and this gave him a taste of college.
The duo decided to explore! “My mom wanted me to go with the professionals. I went to Fullerton College and took one class to try, and then I found that I liked it. So I started taking more classes.” Clovis said.
Though a unique child, Clovis enjoys playing games and sports, especially basketball.
Clovis will graduate with an associate of arts degrees in history, social sciences, social behaviour and self-development, arts and human expression, and science and mathematics.

Meanwhile, an outstanding African 12-year-old boy has gained admission to the Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC) in the United States.
According to Atlanta Black Star, Elijah Muhammad Jnr. will be making history by becoming the youngest Black student to be accepted into college in Oklahoma.
“He’s graduating with his associate’s degree and his high school diploma at the same time, which will be next year,” said Elijah Muhammad Sr, His father.
